Thinkstock Quick Search Guide:
Keywords are based on what you literally see in the image, so it’s best to search for the specific object, subject and or action, as opposed to more abstract concept words. It could be useful to start a search, for example, with healthy food or healthy lifestyle to get ideas. However, once you know exactly what you’re looking for, refine your search to specifics, like sports, biking or blueberry to get more results. Here are some keywords in your key categories that can be helpful.
Arts, entertainment and recreation
museum, gallery, theater, movie, stadium, fans, concert, winter resort, travel, tourist, bar
use specific recreational activities like golf, pool, billiards, dancing, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing
Retail
store, boutique, garden center, shopping, shopping bags, online shopping, trying clothes, clerk, transaction, debit, credit, inventory
Professional services
designer, architect, entrepreneur, “small business”, consult

beauty or spa in conjunction with more specific words like treatment, facial, resort, stones, towel, flower
Health and medical
exercise, gym, workout, hospital, doctor, patient, assisted living, home nurse, healthy lifestyle
use specifics like acupuncture, physical therapy, x-ray, pills, blueberries, fish, almonds…
Food and dining
restaurant, cafe, fast food, chef, bakery, organic, market, supermarket, cooking, baking, grill
specific foods like strawberries, sushi, sandwich, breakfast…
Contractors and construction

We have a ton of content in all JIU collections covering all of your key categories. However, you might find that you like certain brands better than others and this could help you to refine your search as well. Try searching one brand at a time (by highlighting one in the collection column) to get an idea of the look and feel of that brand. Some of my favorites are BananaStock, Brand X, Creatas, Goodshoot and Polka Dot, but you may have others that are your favorites. They’re all pretty fresh, modern and natural looking. For example, Photos.com has some clean bright food options. Explore!
