Template Construction

Lamar Graphics templates are set up with all necessary requirements. This includes goal posts, bleed, live area and the Lamar Fuji Pictro Profile embedded. Each template is set up with the standard requirements based on the product.

Select the Product in the Templates section in the main navigation panel to the left to download a template. You may also use the Template Builder for custom templates and odd sizes that may not be listed.

Goal Posts

Found on Bulletin Templates. The Goal Posts are used to align the printed product to the bulletin structures. They help insure proper and straight installation.

Bleed

Found on all Products except Banners and Poster Paper. Area extending outside of the live area use to wrap or tuck into the structure.

Live Area

This is the area designated by the Face Size of the structure. A 14 x 48 bulletin has a Live Area of 14 feet by 48 feet. Bleed and Pockets are not included in this number.

Embedded Profile

Found in all templates. Each Lamar Graphics template has our Lamar Fuji Pictro color profile embedded in the document. It is strongly recommended to use this color space in the design process. See the Color Management section on this site for more details.
