We accept PSD, TIFF, JPEG, EPS or PDF files created in Photoshop. All jobs should be colored with a Lamar Color Palette and use the Lamar Fuji Pictro profile on a Lamar Graphics Photoshop Template. Below is a more specific list of our art requirements. Click on the links shown or use the banner to the left for more information on each topic. Click on Color Management to find the download links to the Lamar Color Palettes and Color Profile.

All art submitted to Lamar Graphics should:

1. Be created or placed into a LG Photoshop Template with the guidelines and goalpost.

2. Be the correct size & Resolution. (Ex: 9 pixels per inch @ 300 ppi for High Res or 36 pixels at size in inches for Ultra High Res)

3. Include the LG Job # in the File Name. (Ex: 654987.psd)

4. Include image data for desired Bleed. (standard or custom)

5. Be Colored & Profiled with the LG profile and palettes.

6. Not include extraneous information. (Specifications, PMS Callouts, etc.) on the artwork file itself. Only the elements to be printed should be in this file. Please include PMS callouts in the notes section of File Swap or in the body of your email.

7. Be in one of the following formats: Flattened PSD, TIFF, JPEG, EPS or PDF – Created in Photoshop ONLY.

8. Include PMS Call Outs entered in the appropriate field on File Swap or Email. (When applicable.)
