Pricing Pricing is based on a square footage charge calculated on the live area of copy and print resolution requested.   Extensions are priced by adding the total square feet of the extensions to the square feet or the order.  The extension square feet is calculated by multiplying the tallest height by the longest width. Quantity Pricing Currently we are not offering price discounts for quantities of less than 10 of the same design and size. Please contact your CSR if you have a job in excess of 10 boards of the same design and the same size to see if we can offer you a discounted price. Standard Turnaround Proof: Provided your order and "workable" artwork are received by noon on a given day, your proof should ship the next business day via UPS overnight priority air (delivery by 10:00am). Requirements for "workable" art are given in detail in the prepress section of the LG website. Vinyl: Your vinyl should ship within 3 working days after we receive your proof approval. Rush Orders We are here to meet and service your needs and those of the other 90+ Lamar plants. As such, we can and will accommodate "rush orders" at no extra production charge when possible. (Customer pays for expedited shipping) Bleed to (Bottom) Edge Based on feedback from our operations personnel, we are printing ALL billboards with a bleed to the bottom edge of the board. This will make for a better-looking board for those structures that cannot accommodate a bottom wrap and will not affect those that can. Prepress & Proof Charges Standard prepress services included in the square foot price for each order include basic composition of computer-ready art pieces, transparencies, color prints and typeset copy. Specifically, we provide two scans, one high-quality, customer-friendly proof, and one hour of prepress with our standard service. Of course, any reproofs resulting from a Lamar Graphics mistake will be performed at no charge. Additional Prepress Charges: Incomplete or Inadequate artwork $40.00 CAP art charge Online Reproof due to customer changes $25.00 per reproof Hard copy reproof due to customer changes $35.00 per reproof You will be contacted prior to proceeding with your job should we determine that nay of the above charges would be incurred. Color Specifications: PMS color specifications will be simulated using the closest four-color process CMYK equivalent. Not all PMS colors can be matches 100% in four-color process. Reorders:Your artwork is automatically archived (backed up) and stored by order number in the event you would like to re-order the job in the future. Please reference previous order numbers when requesting reprints. Method of Shipment Billboards: Our standard shipment method is UPS ground (aka commercial) service. Depending on your location this will require 1 to 5 days in transit. Proofs: Our standard shipment method for proofs is UPS next day air priority (delivery by 10:00am). Warranty All vinyls are guaranteed for one (1) year against fading in excess of 15%. ALL vinyls should match within 90% of the approved proof upon delivery.
