Market Admin Contact added to Plant Preferences

Go to the Plant Preferences section in Order Management. Use the drop down menu to select your plant's Market Administrator. Be sure to hit the Apply Changes button to activate your MA selection.

A Market Administrator can now be added to all "To LDD" emails from DigiCAP. The system was originally set up to send a link to the upload Digital Art via email to the AE associated with the order. This was causing delay in some orders having to wait for the AE to return to the office to forward the art to the Market Admins for scheduling. That is not longer an issue.

A Market Admin can be designated to be CC'd on all "To LDD" emails from the Plant Preferences screen in Order Management. The Market Admin will receive all "To LDD" emails reguardless of the AE associated with the job.

The designation can be changed at any time in case your primary Market Admin is out that day. Any management level employee can change this setting and designate someone else to be CC'd on the "To LDD" emails.
