New Product Added to Order Management: "Double Sided Banners"

Lamar Graphics is adding a product to the line up, Double Sided Banner. There was some confusion associated with ordering double sided banners. The confusion centered around the quantity for these orders; does a double sided banner count as a quantity of two or a quantity of one?

The answer is "one".

There are a couple different ways double sided banners are made, depending on the size. Most often the banner is created as a "stacked" print that is folded in half and seamed on the open sides. The print can be stacked horizontally, or vertically as shown to the right.

Another way is for each side to be printed separately and then seamed or sewn together in post production.

Selecting the double sided banner as your product will clearly indicate you are ordering a single banner that has two sides. Just order the number of individual banners needed. There's no need to account for "sides" no matter the size or production method.
